Well… this is Anson. We went to Tokyo Sukiyaki Tei to spend our second lovely Valentine’s day. This restaurant presents a wide range of Japanese renowned cuisine, including Shabu-shabu and Sukiyaki. On such a special day, the restaurant is surrounded by love.
I highly recommend this mouth-watering foie gras fried rice.
The egg fried rice contains fresh truffle and it smells really good. Meanwhile, the buttery foie gras and teriyaki sauce is a perfect match. I swear this is the most toothsome and scrumptious dish I have ever had.
And guys, this is KOBE BEEF.
It is classified as the finest beef so it deserves a high retail price. Look at this well-marbled texture, the meat is delicate and soft. The fat dissolves in the mouth quickly and it gives a rich juiciness.
Shabu-shabu is a Japanese hotpot and it is usually served with thinly sliced meat and vegetables, including carrots, tofu, mushrooms and kale. The taste is much better when you dip the food into soy sauce.

A big shout out to my lovely boy for giving me such a memorable valentine’s day.
