West Mersea has the best oysters

Some people may zip up with vinegar and Tabasco sauce, however, raw oysters with lemon sauce are my favourite. West Mersea’s rock oysters are extolled for their saline and ivory fleshiness. The oysters are all very fresh and accompanied by the rich smell of seashore. The frills are moist and pulsing with brimming natural juice.

West Mersea Oysters bar provides fresh oysters all year round. You can come by in any season to grip a bite of the palatable and toothsome taste of oysters.

Mersea Island Rocks

Their tastes are absolutely gorgeous. Look, it can be noticed that they are incredibly juicy and pump. And at last, I finished twelve of them on my own and it was not enough for me honestly.

Right: Fresh scallops pan seared in olive oil and smoked bacon lardons, served on dressed salad

Other than oysters, there are an array of seafood starters and mains are offered. You can unquestionably find your own beloved seafood cuisine here.
