Avacado toast with soft scrambled eggs and bacon


  1.  1 teaspoon butter
  2.  2 eggs
  3.  1 tablespoon milk
  4.  1 sliced avocado
  5.  4 slices of bacon (optional)
  6.  2 toasted bread
  7.  Some salt and pepper


  1. Toasted the bread and top with sliced avocado.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add milk. Beat until completely combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Add butter to melt. Add in eggs and cook stirring continuously until just done.
  4. Pan-fry the bacon with the same pan until it is slightly charred. (optional)
  5. Put the bacon and scrambled eggs on top of the avocado toast. Garnish with black pepper.

Ingredients: (for six)

  1. 155g Pancake mix (any brands)
  2. 1 teaspoon butter
  3. 200 ml water
  4. some maple syrup
  5. Fresh blueberries


  1. Put the pancake mix and water into a bowl, mix them well.
  2. Heat the frying pan over medium heat, add butter to melt. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the batter into the pan.
  3. After 2 minutes, flip and cook the other side of the pancakes until golden brown.
  4. Repeat the stages 2-3 for remaining batter.
  5. Top with maple syrup and fresh blueberries or any fruits you like.

  3. Top with any fruits you like
  4. Sprinkle with almonds and add honey on top to add sweetness
